1. Pets Pets are not allowed at The Luxe Retreat, with the exception of service dogs, and only with prior written approval. A non-refundable fee of $350 will be charged for hosting a service dog. Unauthorized pets will result in additional fees and possible cancellation of the reservation. 2. Events We welcome special occasions at The Luxe Retreat; however, all events must be approved in advance. • Event Fee: $850 flat per event/day • Violation Fee: $200 if the event is hosted without prior written consent Please reach out prior to your stay if you’re planning an event so we can accommodate appropriately. 3. Lawn Parking Parking on the lawn is strictly prohibited. • Violation Fee: $150 per incident • Unauthorized lawn parking may result in towing at the vehicle owner's expense 4. Smoking / Vaping Smoking or vaping inside the home is strictly prohibited. • Violation Fee: $350 per day of the reservation You may smoke outside, but please dispose of all items properly to avoid additional cleaning fees. 5. Personal Property Any personal belongings left behind after checkout will be considered abandoned and discarded. Please double-check before you leave. For any exceptions, such as bringing a service dog or hosting an event, communication and written approval are required in advance.
